We want your shopping experience at Shop Kenzie to be the absolute best! We strive to make you happy with your purchase and throughout your entire shopping experience. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!  

SHIPPING 

We are working hard to get your order processed and shipped in a timely manner. All items will be shipped within 24 hours when purchased M-F, unless item is a pre-order.

Please be aware that depending on the shipping destination, your package may experience delivery delays. Shipping carriers have been impacted by the pandemic and shipping times have been slower than usual.

RETURNING

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date the order is received for store credit only (No Exceptions). 

1. Please refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria. Please email us: CS@ShopKenzie.com. 

2. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility. We suggest using a carrier that provides you with tracking information. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit back to us.

3. Please allow our returns department up to five business days for processing once your return has been delivered to us. Once your return is processed we will send an email with the store credit/gift card which can be applied at checkout.

All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unworn/unwashed) with the original tags attached. Any return received with smells of smoke, pet odor, body odor, makeup stains, pet hair, or deodorant will be refused. If your item does not qualify for a return you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned to you. If arrangements are not made within 30 days the item(s) will be donated to a local woman's shelter.

EXCHANGES

We are now offering exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please indicate that on your return form.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the item/size you are interested in is not in stock when we receive your return. We will process your return and issue you a store credit.

DEFECTIVE

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt (NO EXCEPTIONS). If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund. (Damaged items must have tags, be unworn, and unwashed)

Email us a picture of the defective/damaged area to:

  • Please include your order number and the product name in the email.

You will receive a response from our support team within 24 business hours.

PLEASE NOTE: Any item purchased at a discount or more is final sale and not able to be returned for a store credit or exchange (No Exceptions).

Jewelry, Purses, Hats, Bathing Suits, Leotards, Bodysuits, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Silicone Bras, Bralettes, and Gift Certificates are final sale and CANNOT be returned for an exchange or store credit.(No Exceptions)
